In simple words, language learning strategies are things you can do (or a series of steps or helpful tips you can follow) in order to improve your knowledge and understanding of a second language and be able to learn better in a language course. Strategies facilitate your learning process and make it fun as well! There are many strategies you can use depending on the task you’re given; you can even use specific strategies to improve your listening or reading language skills.
